Buyer & Seller, One Experience

A vision to bring Seller work into the Buyer Store and reduce 10+ tools into one destination

Sellers were servicing Buyer needs across 10+ tools – slow, expensive, and distracting from selling. In a 1-month vision sprint, we explored a unified Store experience where Buyers stay self-serve by default, and Sellers engage in the same space only when needed (high-touch cases), supported by collaboration and insights.
